Aug 19, 2025 · Comcast is not entirely shutting down its email service but is moving all Comcast.net email accounts to Yahoo Mail due to low usage of its Xfinity Email platform.

To sign in, use your Xfinity ID (email, mobile, username) on the Xfinity app or in your account. You can also say “my account” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to see it on your X1 TV Box.
